The climate of the United Kingdom is very low compared to its high latitude, more than 50 N. The reason is the influence of the North Atlantic Drift in the country. The moderating influence of the warm Atlantic current known as the drift of the North Atlantic Ocean in the winter and the cold rain with systems that blow over the country from west to east in the summer are the two factors as climate control of the United Kingdom . The northern part of the United Kingdom is cooler than the southern and western part is more rain than the eastern part. Although Northern Ireland is much more rain than England and Scotland is colder than England and Wales.

The South East London, which is located in the region situated rain shadow much less rain in Fort William gets such located on the windward side. London Records 600 mm (22 inches) of rain per year and Fort William three times as much. So the conclusion is that the south-east both warmer and less rain than the west or north. If the temperature remains constant decrease in the years and the evaporation rate is less the case, even 22-inch rainfall evenly distributed throughout the year is sufficient for the hardwood forests and greenery to maintain, we find everywhere in the United Kingdom as Northern Ireland will much rain as a result of the vegetation, it is the “Emerald Isle”.

The temperature in the United Kingdom remains remarkably uniform. In London, for example, the warmest months rarely crosses 68 F (20 F) cooler and rarely falls below 40 F (4 C). This uniformity of temperature with precipitation evenly spread makes the climate temperate and geographers lovingly called “the nature of the climate in England″ when they are referred to another place with similar climate, such as Western or North-east France, the United States.
